Rowe runtime unavailable after host reboot
The hosted Rowe inference API returned HTTP 502 from 01:27 UTC to 02:56 UTC on Sep 9 after its host rebooted and the API service did not restart with it. The service was restarted and its startup trigger was fixed so it recovers automatically after future reboots. CAD conversion and the web dashboard were unaffected.
