Payments

Stripe processes payments and hosts checkout and billing management for paid Four Echelon services. Munim, Inc. does not collect or store complete payment-card details. We receive the billing, transaction, subscription, and customer identifiers needed to provide service, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records. Uploaded CAD, drawing, and diagram files sent to the extraction API are processed in memory and not kept; batch uploads are staged only until their item finishes, and batch results are deleted 24 hours after submission. API request metadata (request ids, routes, token counts, status codes) is kept for billing and support. Production inference does not use customer uploads for model training unless a separate written agreement says so. The full table is at fourechelon.com/docs/data-retention.

Security

We employ industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and regular security reviews. Customers can request additional documentation under NDA.
