Four Echelon Platform Terms

Effective August 4, 2026. Four Echelon is a product and service operated by Munim, Inc. By using Four Echelon, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using products offered by Munim, Inc. under the Four Echelon brand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. In these Terms, “Munim,” “Four Echelon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Munim, Inc. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of services

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to authorized users.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the services.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform.

3. Data and privacy

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Munim, Inc. a limited license to host, process, and display data as needed to operate the Four Echelon services.

4. Billing and payments

Paid Four Echelon services are sold by Munim, Inc. and processed through Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the disclosed recurring and usage-based charges, plus applicable taxes. Pricing and billing frequency are shown before checkout. You can manage eligible payment methods and subscriptions through the billing portal. Refunds are provided only when required by law or an applicable written agreement.

5. Service changes

We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for security or legal reasons.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munim, Inc. disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munim, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, where jurisdiction and venue are appropriate.
