By accessing or using Four Echelon products you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to authorized users.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the services.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the platform.

3. Data and privacy

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Four Echelon a limited license to host, process, and display data as needed to operate the services.

4. Service changes

We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for security or legal reasons.

5. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Echelon disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Echelon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, where jurisdiction and venue are appropriate.
